Terms of Service

Work is quoted by telephone before dispatch, and the quoted amount — inclusive of the $89 service call — is the amount charged. It moves only where you change the scope on site, in which case the difference is quoted and approved before work resumes.

Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges. Out-of-hours attendance adds +$55 for evenings and +$95 overnight; both are included in the figure given on the call.

Entry work proceeds only once the technician is satisfied that the customer is entitled to access the property or vehicle — identification bearing the address, a tenancy agreement, registration papers, or confirmation from the owner or manager. Where entitlement cannot reasonably be established, service is declined.

Non-destructive techniques are attempted before anything else. Destructive entry, including drilling, requires your express consent, given after the replacement hardware and its cost have been explained.

Labour is warranted for 90 days from attendance. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. Neither covers misuse, subsequent forced entry, or third-party alteration of completed work.

Payment is taken on completion by card or contactless, with an itemised electronic invoice issued afterwards. Where a technician has been dispatched and attends, a cancellation or no-show fee as quoted at booking may be charged.

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from services is limited to the price paid for the job in question; liability which cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.

Material on this site is provided for information and may be amended without notice. Submission of the estimate quiz constitutes consent to contact regarding that enquiry, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
